Supplies:

Puzzle Template

Scissors

Glue or glue stick

Thin cardboard (Cereal boxes work great!)

Art supplies, crayons, markers, glitter, anything you have around the house.

Directions:

  1. Print out this page so you can look at it as you make your puzzle.
  2. Click on the words "Puzzle Template". This will take you to a picture of puzzle pieces. Print out the page and you can begin creating your puzzle.
  3. In the middle of each section of the puzzle, write the name of one person you could tell about a problem or if something is bothering you.
  4. You can decorate the puzzle any way you like. BE CREATIVE!
  5. Glue your decorated puzzle to a piece of thin cardboard. (You may cut the back off a cereal box for this.)
  6. Following the lines, cut each section of the puzzle and mix them up.
  7. With a parent or other adult, put together your puzzle. Talk with them about: What kinds of things can you and I talk about? Who can I talk to if I have a problem? What kinds of "secrets" should I tell?
