“Wear Blue Day”
Wednesday, April 23rd & Sunday, April 27th, 2008
On April 23rd or another day of your choice, employees and members can show their support by proudly displaying a special blue ribbon and/or wearing “casual blue” for the whole day. Employees and members are invited to donate $5 for the privilege of dressing casual on Wear Blue Day. We urge you to consider matching your employee’s contributions, doubling your financial impact and providing Sunflower House with much needed funds to reach more children and families.
To participate in Wear Blue Day, please contact Allison McLain at 913-631-5800 or allison@sunflowerhouse.org. For your participation, Sunflower House will add your logo to our website and an April 1st press release. In addition, your company name will be included in our newsletter reaching over 4,000 supporters. You will receive a packet with suggestions for holding a successful Wear Blue Day, including ribbons, registration forms, informational flyers, and promotional posters to display at your workplace.
